Holiday Craft Market

Celebrate the season and support local handmade goods at the WSGC Holiday Craft Market! We are seeking vendors who make unique, handcrafted gifts from local artists and makers – fine art, jewelry, ceramics, woodwork, textiles, and more. 

Set Up and Load In & Out

Set up is from 7am – 9am on Saturday November 21st. Cars will be able to pull into an unloading area and then will be directed to park their car in the parking lot across the street from the WSGC. 

Sales and Registration

Vendors are responsible for their own sales and will keep all their sales proceeds. 

Please fill out the registration form below and sign electronically at the time of payment. Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. One table will be provided to each vendor. If you plan to bring an additional table(s), please indicate in the form below. 

This event will take place indoors – vendors are not permitted to bring tents. The Waldorf School of Garden City will not be responsible for loss/damage to personal property or for personal injury. Crafters’ registration is acknowledgment of that. 

Terms and Conditions

• No refunds
• The school uses this as a fundraiser
• A show of this size may have vendors selling similar merchandise 
• Must have your own floor-length tablecloth
• Any changes in merchandise must be approved
• No political. Knockoff, drug paraphernalia, tobacco, or weapons
• No hawking

Cost:

• $125 for just a space
• $150 for space and a table
