Robyn Baldwin-Cacchione

Robyn brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for childhood to her work as an educator. A long-time member of the Waldorf community for 27 years, as a student, alumna, and now teacher, she carries a strong connection to its principles and practices. Robyn holds a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Child Developmental Sciences, and continues her anthroposophical studies through her Foundation Studies, Grounded in Practice, and continued training. She is also trained in Orton-Gillingham instruction, supporting diverse learners with care and intention.

Her studies have taken her abroad, including a four-month studio art program at the University of Gloucestershire in the Cotswolds, where she deepened her artistic practice. She later pursued her graduate work in London at University College London, working with the British Medical Association’s Babylab to study how classroom environments impact learning for children across a range of developmental and socioeconomic backgrounds, including neurodivergent learners.  Robyn’s commitment to children extends beyond the classroom. She has volunteered as a 4-H science leader and as an art teacher for Tibetan refugee children, experiences that have shaped her inclusive and compassionate approach.

In her teaching, Robyn strives to create a nurturing environment that supports each child’s development while fostering imagination, confidence, and a love of learning. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading, traveling, sailing, and creating art, all of which continues to inspire her work.
