Natassia Palma

Natassia Palma has been connected to the Waldorf School of Garden City community since 2001, serving in a wide range of roles across the organization. Over the years, she has worked in the Summer and After School Programs, served as Main Office Receptionist, assisted the Admissions Department, worked in Development as an Advancement Associate, and supported the Business Office as a Bookkeeper. In August 2025, she stepped into her current role as Accounting Manager for the Business Office.

In addition to her work within the school, she served as Office Manager for a Driver Education Program operating on the Waldorf School campus, overseeing its administrative and operational functions.

Prior to returning to Waldorf, Natassia was a Supervisor in the Accounting Department at Northwell Health from 2012 to 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
