Ariana Metzler

Ariana Metzler ’07 (Pagano) is an alumna of the Waldorf School of Garden City, Class of 2007, having completed three years in the Early Childhood program and Grades 1-12. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Cyber Forensics from St. John’s University. She is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Administering Office 365 for Small Business and worked in the e-commerce industry for eight years before deciding to return to her roots and pursue a career in Waldorf Education. Ariana recently completed her teaching certification in Waldorf High School Teacher Education through the Sunbridge Institute.

Ariana joined the School in 2018 as the High School After-School Program Coordinator and Computer Science teacher. Now in her eighth year of employment at the School, she currently teaches Computer Science and Technology courses to students in Grades 9-12 and is Co-Advisor to the Class of 2026. Ariana also currently serves on the College of Teachers and the Board of Trustees, and assists the School in an IT Support capacity, as well as producing the High School Musical.
