Andrew Fallu

Originally from New Hampshire, Andrew Fallu graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education and in 2018 with a Master of Arts in Music Education, both from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY, where his primary instrument was voice. Mr. Fallu is an active member of The National Association for Music Education (NAfME), The American Choral Directors Association (ACDA), The Educational Theater Association (EdTA), and The Feierabend Association for Music Education (FAME). He holds both his New York State Professional Teaching Certification in the area of Music: Grades K-12, as well as Certification in the Conversational Solfege music literacy method, Levels I and II, and the World Music Drumming Curriculum by Will Schmidt.

Now in his fifteenth year at The Waldorf School of Garden City, Andrew currently teaches General Music in grades 3-6, Chorus in grades 7-12, a Music Theory elective in the High School, and directs the annual High School musical production. Beyond these classes, Andrew also serves as the advisor to the High School chapter of the Tri-M National Music Honor Society (Chapter 7109) and as a co-advisor for the Class of 2026.
